On Tuesday, after 15 minutes of warm-up (like skipping), do 30 minutes of footwork over obstacles. The super-elastic artificial turf cushions your steps and helps with the ball strikes. The last 15 minutes combine them all.
Wednesday is a rest.
On Thursday, concentrate on serving skills. After warming up, spend 30 minutes delving into serving techniques. Finish with 15 minutes of partner switching.
